Full Feral Hunting

Sitka Blacktail Deer are native to Alaska and are arguably the prettiest of all deer species. However, they ARE NOT small. A mature buck in the 3-6 year old range can weigh 160 -220 pounds and carry an 85 to 100 inch rack. They inhabit some of the most stunning and diverse Alpine country in the early season (August∕September) and generally drop down in elevation during the rut and late Fall(October∕November∕December). Sitka Black Tail season runs August 1- December 31, and we chase ‘em at all times. Tags are available over the counter.
